Responsibilities
Lead and perform geotechnical field investigations, engineering analyses, and design recommendations
Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and cost estimates
Ensure construction and designs comply with plans and specifications
Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Evaluate laboratory and field data to support engineering conclusions
Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to junior staff
Collaborate directly with clients to define scopes, communicate findings, and deliver solutions
Participate in business development, marketing, and proposal efforts
Qualification
Required
PE-licensed Geotechnical Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5–8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage projects of moderate size and complexity independently
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering
