Alpha Associates Recruitment is partnering with an early-stage AI team that’s building next-generation agentic systems and social networking experiences. They’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join onsite in San Francisco and contribute to both customer-facing products and internal tools used by AI systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of new customer-facing social experiences
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to create innovative features
Build internal tools for the team and for AI workflows
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability

Qualification

Required

3+ years of engineering experience at product-driven tech companies
Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies
Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB & Redis
Ability to move fast in a dynamic, sometimes loosely-defined environment

Preferred

Experience with backend languages/frameworks (TypeScript/Bun preferred, Nest.js a plus)
Familiarity with microservice architectures and infrastructure services (e.g., RabbitMQ)
Exposure to AI/ML pipelines
