Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 level support for infrastructure and application environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on-prem platforms
Lead observability and monitoring efforts to ensure system reliability
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, etc
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance system performance
Maintain and improve dashboards, alerts, and operational documentation

Required

Provide L2/L3 level support for infrastructure and application environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on-prem platforms
Lead observability and monitoring efforts to ensure system reliability
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, etc
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance system performance
Maintain and improve dashboards, alerts, and operational documentation
Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SRE practices
Hands-on experience with tools: Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
Hands-on experience with tools: ITSM & Operations: ServiceNow, OpsRamp
Hands-on experience with tools: Project & Incident Tracking: JIRA
Experience in building alerts, dashboards, and operational runbooks
Experience managing distributed systems and large-scale production environments
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments

Preferred

Expertise in OpenShift and Azure cloud platforms
Certifications in Azure, AWS, or relevant infrastructure technologies
