Healthcare Client Liaison
ClaimReturn is dedicated to helping clients identify hidden savings and accurately reclaim incorrectly paid medical claims through healthcare data analytics. The Healthcare Client Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, turning complex data into actionable insights and fostering strong client relationships.

Make sure clients feel supported and heard
Build trust by answering questions and providing additional information
Translate complex healthcare claims data into clear, actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every service runs smoothly
Spot trends and identify opportunities to maximize the value of their health plan
Turn data into solutions and relationships into partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in healthcare claims, analytics, and relationship building
Experience with healthcare claims, coding, and self-funded plans
Strong analytics mindset - comfortable interpreting data and explaining it clearly
A natural relationship builder who communicates with confidence and empathy
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and meet deadlines with ease
Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for improving healthcare
Coding knowledge
Microsoft Office Suites expertise
