Individual and Family Services
Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and management of public relations and communications strategies
Drafting press releases
Managing media relations
Coordinating and implementing strategic communications plans
Website oversight
Podcast production
Graphic design (flyers, etc)
Writing and designing newsletters
Overseeing social media marketing to enhance the organization’s visibility
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills for conveying complex information effectively to diverse audiences
Experience in drafting Press Releases and managing Media Relations to build and maintain productive relationships with media outlets
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including developing and executing campaigns to grow online presence and stakeholder engagement
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain a message aligned with the organization's mission and values
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit communications or a similar field is a plus
