$18/hr - $22/hrSERVPRO of Lake County is looking for leaders to join their growing team in Tavares, Florida. The Water Damage Restoration Supervisor will facilitate a positive customer experience, supervise production technicians, and ensure quality control during restoration processes.

Responsibilities
Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
Qualification
Required
WRT Certified
OSHA Certified
Have a High School Diploma/GED
Can successfully pass a Level 1 and Level 2 Background Check
Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (as you will operate company vehicles)
Be able to work unsupervised, and accomplish the daily tasks set forth
Wanting to learn and grow into a leader in our field
Strong verbal communication skills
Can lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and can sit/walk/stand for long periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Can work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work with and around chemicals
Might be exposed to a variety of extreme conditions and occasionally wear a respirator for safety purposes
Able to be on rotating on-call schedules for weekends and nights
Preferred
ASD Certified is preferred, but not required
