Required

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

Strong mathematical and management skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and other relevant software

A team player mentality with a willingness to pitch in and support your colleagues whenever needed

Preferred

1-2 years of experience in an entry-level accounting, finance, project management, compliance or related role is preferred and/or 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level compliance role highly preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred

A can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving—you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task that comes your way
