Founding Account Executive
Staff OS is building recruiting infrastructure for large construction firms as they scale from local builds to national mega-projects. The Founding Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, develop pipelines within large firms, and engage in consultative, value-based selling to address operational pain points in recruiting.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for early enterprise and district-level accounts
Develop pipeline within large construction, infrastructure, and industrial firms
Lead discovery conversations focused on operational pain, not features
Translate recruiting challenges into clear business cases
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals (Talent, Ops, IT, Finance)
Help shape messaging, pricing feedback, and go-to-market strategy
Work directly with the founding team on enterprise deals
Qualification
Required
Have 2–7 years of AE or enterprise sales experience
Have sold into construction, staffing, HR tech, workforce, or operational software (strong plus, not required)
Are comfortable selling into conservative, skeptical buyers
Can explain complex ideas simply without jargon
Thrive in ambiguity and want influence, not just quota
Care more about building something durable than chasing logos
