Responsibilities
Convert customer requests, sales needs, and leadership priorities into clear, well-scoped product requirements
Write actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can build from
Break down vague or complex problems into deliverable, testable units of work
Make prioritization decisions using impact, risk, effort, and revenue potential
Push back on work that introduces unnecessary complexity or distracts from core goals
Balance short-term delivery with long-term maintainability
Make decisions with incomplete information and move work forward
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and regular stakeholder updates
Ensure shared understanding of scope, timelines, risks, and progress
Surface blockers and scope creep early to avoid surprises
Validate features before release and ensure they meet real user needs
Clearly communicate what’s shipping and when
Hold a high bar for execution while keeping momentum high
Join customer and prospect conversations to gather feedback and clarify requirements
Support pilots, trials, and implementations
Treat customer interactions as a primary source of product insight
Build working knowledge of the underlying systems and workflows
Understand integrations and data flows well enough to unblock teams
Help engineering and go-to-market teams make informed decisions quickly
Engineering teams have clear priorities and minimal thrash
You’ve shipped features that materially impact the business
You can confidently demo the product and explain tradeoffs
Delivery stays on track because scope and risks are actively managed
The roadmap reflects customer needs and revenue realities
Qualification
Required
Multiple years of experience in a Product Manager, Technical PM, or delivery-focused product role
Background working in early-stage or fast-growing B2B SaaS environments
Strong ability to reason about real systems, including APIs, integrations, and backend services
Proven skill in breaking down ambiguous problems into structured execution plans
Excellent prioritization and decision-making under constraints
Clear, concise written and verbal communication
Comfort pushing back, driving decisions, and aligning stakeholders
Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
Experience working directly with customers, whether through support, discovery, or demos
Preferred
Experience working on technically complex or data-heavy products
Exposure to regulated industries or enterprise customers
Experience supporting sales through demos or technical discovery
Background helping scale products from early traction to growth
