Responsibilities
Partner with business units to surface pain points and opportunities for AI agents
Translate business needs into clear requirements and prototypes
Act as a trusted consultant and guide for stakeholders on AI possibilities
Rapidly design and deliver version-one AI agents tailored to business unit needs
Collaborate with AI Engineers, data teams, and platform teams to ensure scalable solutions
Document, test, and refine agent solutions based on feedback and adoption
Train and mentor coworkers within business units to become AI agent builders themselves
Develop playbooks, best practices, and lightweight training materials
Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning
Explore emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks; bring forward innovative applications
Continuously evaluate how new AI capabilities can solve real-world business challenges
Advocate for responsible and scalable use of AI across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of product management, consulting, or technology experience
OR 11 years of product management, consulting, or technology experience
Strong background in solution discovery and rapid prototyping
Demonstrated history of partnering with business units to identify opportunities, facilitate solution discovery, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for technology initiatives
Proven track record of acting as a consultant to internal teams, guiding the adoption of new technologies and leading workshops or consultations to explore use cases for AI
Curiosity and passion for experimenting with AI models and tools; quick learner who thrives in ambiguity
Strong skills in communication, influence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building to drive consensus and adoption of AI-driven solutions
Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to evaluate and experiment with emerging models and technologies for practical use
