Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Product teams to implement enablement programs that actually move the needle
Build and deliver onboarding, continuous learning, and field readiness programs for AEs, BDRs, and strategic accounts
Act as the go-to expert on pharosIQ’s audience data, helping Sales tell compelling, data-driven stories
Develop and manage enablement content: playbooks, battlecards, competitive guides, talk tracks, and case studies
Measure program impact using metrics like ramp time, win rates, and content adoption, continuously improving programs based on insights
Support adoption of sales tools and technologies—making sure our teams are fully equipped to succeed

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field
5+ years in sales enablement or pre-sales support, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
Hands-on experience designing scalable programs for growing sales teams
Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver—comfortable working cross-functionally
Analytical thinker who turns data into actionable enablement strategies

Preferred

Advanced degree is a plus
