Lead the Product Development Process (PDP) from ideation through launch and lifecycle management

Develop and own the product roadmap and strategy for your category

Conduct market research and voice-of-customer analysis to drive product innovation

Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and clear technical requirements

Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Service to execute strategy

Support go-to-market launches, pricing strategy, and sales enablement

Track product performance, KPIs, and adjust priorities to maximize revenue and market impact
