Key Account Executive
Whittard of Chelsea is a company passionate about bringing luxury tea and coffee to communities since 1886. They are seeking a Key Account Executive to manage and grow key US wholesale and retail accounts, driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term customer partnerships while ensuring exceptional commercial execution.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of key US wholesale and retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent execution
Develop and deliver account plans, promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and joint business plans
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing accounts and across the broader US wholesale market
Work closely with buyers, category managers and distributors to optimise range, space and promotional performance
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless customer execution
Qualification
Required
3–5 years' experience in key account management, business development or sales (ideally in premium food, beverage, gifting, or retail)
Proven success managing and growing key accounts with strong commercial results
Deep understanding of the US retail and specialty food & beverage landscape
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholder levels
Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering against sales and margin targets
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
