Requesting and reviewing insurance certificates
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year experience with Subcontract/Glass and Glazing or other commercial construction industry
Experience with Quick Books
Experience with Monthly G702/G703 Billings
Experience with Chicago Title and Trust type Waivers
Experience in gathering supplier waivers and/or sub-subcontractor waivers
Experience in requesting and reviewing insurance certificates
Experience in doing certified payroll using IDOL Payroll Certification website
Proficiency in accounting and/or financial statements
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication skills
