They are seeking a Field Service Technician who will travel within a 100-mile radius to install, maintain, and repair cash automation equipment, while building lasting relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Bring live and troubleshoot ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, Currency Discriminators, and Coin machines
Upgrade software and hardware
Diagnose system complications and perform repairs
Perform preventative maintenance
Communicate effectively with QDS team members and customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
This position requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug test
Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Clean and neat appearance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize travel schedule and manage time effectively
Past successful candidates have had experience or backgrounds in installation or repair of cash automation equipment, office equipment, POS systems, security equipment, and electrical or HVAC backgrounds
Frequent driving (up to 6–8 hours/day)
Working with hands
Physical activity including standing, sitting, bending, and twisting
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Stretching and reaching overhead
Lifting objects weighing up to 50-75 pounds
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
1+ years of experience as a field service technician preferred
NCR Certification /OEM ATM/ITM certification a plus (Hyosung, NCR, Diebold, etc.)
People person! Friendly and sociable with great relationship building skills – ability to create an instant rapport with customers
