Required

Experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
Strong sales coaching and performance leadership skills
Ability to build strong local customer relationships, particularly with Tradespeople
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Natural analytical skills to identify opportunities for sales growth
Ability to observe, listen, and communicate effectively to improve team performance
Organizational skills and the ability to adapt plans as needed
