Responsibilities

Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, inventory, and logistics
Lead and motivate warehouse and delivery crews
Oversee loading, unloading, and organization of rental equipment
Maintain delivery and return records, track inventory condition
Coordinate vehicle schedules and help with deliveries as needed
Communicate with the office to ensure customer orders are met
Promote safe, efficient, and high-quality work standards

Required

Schedule flexibility is required, especially during weekends and peak event seasons
Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, inventory, and logistics
Lead and motivate warehouse and delivery crews
Oversee loading, unloading, and organization of rental equipment
Maintain delivery and return records, track inventory condition
Coordinate vehicle schedules and help with deliveries as needed
Communicate with the office to ensure customer orders are met
Promote safe, efficient, and high-quality work standards
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 70 lbs and work indoors and outdoors
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Availability for weekend and occasional evening shifts

Preferred

2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or event rentals preferred
Customer service experience preferred
