Responsibilities
Drafting & Design: Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections
Revisions: Update and refine existing drawings to reflect changes in design, specifications, or project requirements
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, and production staff to ensure drawings meet project specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with in-house architects and expeditors to develop comprehensive architectural drawing sets that adhere to NYC agency standards and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Qualification
Required
Degree in Architecture
2+ years work experience with NYC Building Code + Zoning Regulations
Previous experience working on commercial and hospitality projects
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
Experienced AutoCAD user
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Highly organized with an attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
