Conducting factual investigations and discovery
Preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation
The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base
Experience in court proceedings
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of Property Insurance experience
Strong experience across investigations and discovery, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions and client communication
Excellent academic credentials
The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies
Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
Billable hours requirement is 1,950 hours per year
Candidate must be admitted and able to practice in the state they reside
Preferred
Experience in drafting coverage opinions and in litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases desired
Experience with insurance defense and first-party insurance disputes desired
Experience defending construction and premises liability matters desired
