Responsibilities

Manage the production and exchange of files with value‑based providers in alignment with established IT project methodologies

Perform advanced analysis to understand existing workflows and define expected outcomes for new or enhanced value‑based programs

Prepare and deliver formal recommendations, presentations, and written documentation to leadership, the provider network team, external partners, and plan administrators for review and approval

Collaborate effectively across teams while also working independently; share knowledge, documentation, and expertise to support team development

Maintain consolidated enterprise‑level reporting for value‑based initiatives, including milestone summaries, key risks, issues, benefits, and status updates

Translate large and complex datasets into actionable insights and executive‑ready reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Optimize existing reporting tools or develop new formats, dashboards, and analytical tools as needed to enhance business insights

Proactively learn business processes, system impacts, and operational implications to improve data accuracy and analytic effectiveness

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of documentation delivered to support business requirements, recommended actions, and ongoing maintenance

Perform additional analysis, documentation, or project tasks as assigned

Required

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent experience in a technical or business‑focused environment

5 to 7 years of experience working with Information Systems or related business operations

6 plus years of experience performing complex business analysis, working within a structured SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) environment, and supporting system implementations

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, SAS, Azure Databricks, and PowerPoint for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis

Experience working with large healthcare datasets, including claims, provider, member eligibility, clinical, and Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) data

Experience with Facets or other configurable healthcare administration platforms, with subject‑matter expertise in at least two areas: claims, member eligibility, and/or provider management
