Information Technology
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients
Obtain, analyze, and verify referral information
Create orders and schedule equipment delivery
Educate patients on financial responsibility when applicable
Complete insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations
Navigate multiple EMR systems to enter and review documentation
Communicate trends and issues with insurance carriers to management
Contact patients when documentation does not meet payer guidelines
Qualification
Required
You Must Reside In One Of The Following States: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or West Virginia
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
