Responsibilities
Plan, concept, and create social content monthly for Instagram & TikTok (minimum of 2 in-feed posts/week + supported by regular stories)
Capture and edit photos and short-form video
Write social-first copy and provide creative direction
Manage content calendar, posting/scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, reposts, UGC, partner accounts)
Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cadence
Assist agency team in preparing monthly performance reports, tracking KPIs (follower growth, reach, engagement, purchases) and providing qualitative insights and recommendations
Collaborate virtually with agency teams and clients via Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, etc
Qualification
Required
Photography/photo editing experience
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
2–3 years content creation experience
Graphic design and video editing skills with Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with beverage, retail, or consumer brands
Agency experience
