Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership across the infrastructure, operations, and service management pillars for the IS department
Assist the CIO on aligning operational capabilities with organizational goals and long-term digital strategies
Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Council’s enterprise technology foundation, encompassing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, systems engineering, endpoint and SCADA support, and enterprise service management
Qualification
Required
Strategic executive leadership experience in IT operations
Experience in aligning operational capabilities with organizational goals
Proven track record in planning and implementing enterprise technology solutions
Expertise in IT infrastructure management
Knowledge of cybersecurity operations
Experience in systems engineering
Familiarity with endpoint and SCADA support
Experience in enterprise service management
