Responsibilities
Experience with all phases of commercial litigation
Conducting factual investigations and discovery
Preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients
Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters pending in state and federal courts
Experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial issues
Must have taken at least 5+ depositions with being a lead on them
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of Commercial Litigation experience ideally across a broad spectrum of commercial disciplines e.g. health law, antitrust and privacy, finance/banking, consumer fraud, insurance coverage, product/premises liability etc
Strong experience across investigations and discovery, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions and client communication
Excellent academic credentials
The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies
Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
Candidates must be admitted in the state they reside
Must have taken at least 5+ depositions with being a lead on them
