Revenue Management Analyst - Sales Support

Hoya Vision Care is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst who will execute pricing strategies and drive revenue optimization through effective management of pricing data. This role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement and monitor pricing changes, as well as conducting pricing tests and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Accurately inputting pricing data into the software system: entering product prices, discounts, promotions, and any other relevant pricing information
Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy before formal invoicing. This may involve cross-checking data against supporting documents, such as price lists, contracts, or quotes, to ensure accuracy
Ensuring that data is entered into the system promptly and within established timelines
Monitoring and implementing pricing updates or changes in the system as required
Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of pricing data
Maintaining organized records of data and related documents
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and accuracy of pricing data
Maintaining an audit trail of changes/adjustments from initial proposal through final price
Ensuring compliance with all relevant agency regulations and restrictions

Required

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar revenue management or pricing analysis role, with a proven track record of successfully managing and analyzing pricing data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills required for data analysis and reporting
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex pricing concepts in a clear, concise manner
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Must be able to travel at least 15% of the time domestically and to Canada

Preferred

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with pricing strategies, market analysis, and system implementation is highly desirable
Optical industry knowledge is strongly preferred
