Responsibilities

Order and review title examinations and survey documents
Prepare title insurance commitments, endorsements, and policies
Disburse closing funds
Review and prepare initial draft closing documents for real estate transactions
Pre-closing and closing management of real estate acquisition, sales, and loans
Coordination with national title insurance companies

Required

Understanding of and experience with commercial real estate transactions in South Carolina

Experience with title insurance, including the use of software and preparation of title commitments
Excellent writing and interpersonal communications skills
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize project requirements
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a client focus
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and title insurance specific software (TitleExpress, SoftPro, Qualia, etc.)
