Recruiting Coordinator

The Custom Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition team. The role involves delivering a seamless candidate experience, coordinating interviews, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for recruiting tools such as Paradox and Workday.

Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey by managing communications, resolving issues, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process
Schedule interviews for hourly and salaried roles using Paradox and spreadsheets. Manage travel logistics via Navan and issue visitor passes for onsite interviews
Act as an SME for Paradox and Workday, troubleshooting issues, managing templates, and escalating system concerns as needed
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to align schedules and ensure a coordinated process
Respond to inquiries via ServiceNow and provide guidance on recruiting and employee lifecycle processes
Identify and implement efficiencies in scheduling, offer generation, and other recruiting workflows
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars
Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and scheduling tools (e.g., Paradox)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Problem-solving skills, including technical troubleshooting and conflict resolution

Preferred

Prior experience in recruiting coordination or HR support roles
Familiarity with travel platforms (e.g., Navan) and background check processes
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
SME-level knowledge of recruiting systems and tools
