Responsibilities
Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee. Receives specific and detailed instruction
Basic computer, Revit or AutoCAD skills a plus
Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study
Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee
Occasional local travel may required for client visits
Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments
Qualification
Required
Students must be enrolled in an ABET-accredited engineering program, majoring in Civil Engineering with interest in the Structural Engineering track or completed structural engineering coursework
Rising Junior or Senior academic year preferred
Must be registered with the Office of Professional Experience Program or equivalent Co-op office
Demonstrated organizational skills
Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments
Preferred
Basic computer, Revit or AutoCAD skills a plus
