SIDALCEAS EduTech is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Vice President of Business Development to lead and scale their business growth initiatives. This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue expansion while collaborating with various departments to ensure successful execution of growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the company’s business development strategy, aligning growth initiatives with overall corporate objectives
Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
Drive revenue growth through new markets, channels, and product or service offerings
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives
Lead negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and oversee deal execution from inception to close
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of accountability and results

Required

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, sales leadership, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and closing complex, high-value deals
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments; startup or scale-up experience is a plus
Ability to influence at the executive level and work effectively across functions

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree preferred
