Assist employees and office leadership with tasks, special projects, and reception duties (phones, mail, guest greetings)
Process paperwork for accuracy and compliance
Provide first-level tech support for office equipment and company platforms
Maintain a clean, organized office; restock supplies and marketing materials; coordinate with vendors and report issues
Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to systems, and tools
Promote company branding and assist with marketing initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
