Qualification
Required
Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to implement effective sales strategies and drive performance
Experience in Account Management and cultivating strong client relationships
Proficiency in Sales Operations, including using tools to optimize processes and track performance
Demonstrated skills in Business Development and identifying opportunities to drive growth
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to a dynamic business environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Background and experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or technology sectors is advantageous
