Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve or add to Healgen Scientific’s products
Conduct Market Analysis to illustrate product market potential
Provide data-driven design inputs throughout the product’s life cycle
Contribute to the success of customer retention and new sales efforts
Maintain complete documentation of products and their specifications
Create and review marketing materials to support sales opportunities as a subject matter expert
Contribute to product development, launch, and release activities
Provide technical support as needed
May perform other job-related duties as assigned
Travel is limited to marketing events and conferences
Qualification
Required
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, biology preferred. A postgraduate degree is also acceptable
>1 year experience in relevant IVD industry such as medical device or pharma
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to navigate, interpret, and analyze scientific literature
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to convey thoughts and ideas verbally and in written communication. Strong technical writing skills
