Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations from start to finish
Manage superintendents, foremen, and trade partners on site
Drive schedule, safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors
Enforce site safety and compliance ( HCAI/OSHPD experience strongly preferred )
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and closeout
Maintain clear documentation and site reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with a healthcare or residential GC
Proven experience leading healthcare and/or high-end residential projects
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and means & methods
Leadership mindset — decisive, organized, and accountable
Preferred
HCAI/OSHPD experience preferred
Procore experience a plus
