Responsibilities
Run high-quality outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
Triage and qualify inbound leads with speed and judgement
Book meetings and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives
Maintain exemplary Salesforce hygiene and accurate reporting
Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and prioritisation using data
Use AI tools responsibly to improve research and outreach effectiveness
Collaborate closely with AEs on handovers and learning
Contribute to shared playbooks, role-plays, and team learning
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or business development experience
Proven outbound execution with measurable results
Strong qualification skills and commercial judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication
High resilience and comfort with rejection
Coachability, curiosity, and a strong growth mindset
