Factor Search is partnering with a leading facilities management provider in the US to recruit a Director of Sales. This role involves leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets while developing strategic sales plans and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Build strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in facilities management or commercial services sales
Track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
