Call Quest Solution is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Programmer to support a live Oracle EBS R12.2.10 environment during a major upgrade. This hands-on, onsite role involves providing technical and functional support for critical HCM modules and collaborating with business users to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical & functional production support for Oracle EBS HCM
Develop and support customizations, extensions, and integrations
Partner with business users to gather requirements and create specs
Execute change management and SOX controls (as applicable)
Track deliverables and provide status reporting
Support upgrade-related activities
Willingness to travel up to 10% (preferred)

Required

Oracle EBS R12.2.x experience (R12.2.10 preferred)
5+ years Oracle EBS HCM experience (HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB)
2+ years US Payroll W2 Year-End experience (required)
3+ years with OLM & CWB
Strong experience with: PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, SQL Loader, Oracle Developer 10g, TOAD, SQL*Plus, UNIX

Preferred

Willingness to travel up to 10%
Oracle DB 19c on Linux (preferred)
