$750/mo - $750/moAlphaTrend.io is seeking a Client Activation & Onboarding Specialist to facilitate 1:1 activation and onboarding calls for their AI platform, Nedzo AI. The role involves guiding clients through the setup process and ensuring they feel confident in using the service effectively.

Responsibilities
Lead 60-minute 1:1 activation and onboarding calls with new customers
Help clients clarify their use case and immediate goal
Confidently explain plan differences and recommend upgrades when appropriate
Keep calls focused, calm, and on track. Even when clients feel overwhelmed
Set clear next steps at the end of each call so clients never feel lost
Guide clients through a defined activation checklist, including:
Account setup
Snapshot or template activation
Calendar and payment connections
Live test interaction (call, widget, or demo)
Record, log, and document each call accurately
Update performance and conversion tracking consistently
Flag edge cases, issues, or improvement opportunities to leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong spoken English and professional presence on video
Comfortable leading structured 1:1 calls
High attention to detail
Ability to follow SOPs exactly
Calm under pressure. No rambling
Tech-comfortable (you don't panic when clicking around new software)
Preferred
Experience in onboarding, customer success, or activation roles
Familiarity with SaaS, CRMs, or AI & automation tools
Experience working with agencies or service businesses
