Ensure exceptional accuracy in inventory, pricing, and product flow across all departments
Maintain integrity of balance-on-hand and inventory systems through structured audits and controls
Oversee execution of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational audits to ensure compliance and consistency
Safeguard company assets including merchandise, cash handling, facilities, and equipment
Provide full operational leadership of the store when acting as the senior on-site leader
Ensure the store environment reflects Nude Miami’s elevated standards of cleanliness and organization
Maintain a calm, confident, and solutions-driven presence during high-volume or high-impact moments
Champion safety, security, and loss prevention protocols
Recruit, train, and develop team members with a focus on professionalism, accountability, and growth
Coach leaders and associates to deliver refined, health-forward customer service
Identify high-potential talent and partner with leadership to build a strong succession bench
