IT Help Desk Specialist
Geovista Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves providing Tier 1 technical support to users and managing IT inventory while maintaining various software applications.

Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for our users needing technical assistance
Work tickets, emails, instant messages, and phone calls/texts
Provide Tier 1 technical support for all users
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of IT support
Maintain users in our various software applications
ShareTec, DDS, Virtual Branch, KnowBe4, Mitel, etc
Manage IT and Telecom inventory for Admin and Branches
Utilize Excel spreadsheets, websites, and applications
Perform other IT/IS duties as assigned by management
More responsibilities may be added as proficiency increases
Qualification
Required
