The Little Gym International is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids. The Program Director will manage all processes and team members, teach classes, provide customer service, and ensure program standards are met.

Work as the Gym Director's right hand managing all processes and team members

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here

Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met

Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members

The position is only remote during the gym's construction phase, and will be required to work on-site daily by the end of March 2026

Preferred

A background in child development, physical education, sports cheerleading and/or gymnastics is a plus
