Responsibilities
Provide high-level operational, financial, and project management support across the U.S. Customer Engagement Operations (CEOps) function
Manage end-to-end workflow execution for speaker programs, advisory boards, vendor contracting, purchase orders, accruals, cross-functional coordination, and compliance-aligned operational processes
Act as a key liaison between CE Ops, Compliance, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and external partners (vendors, IQVIA)
Qualification
Required
6+ years project or program management experience, preferably in commercial operations, medical operations, or compliance-heavy environments
Strong experience with finance operations: POs, accruals, vendor management, contracting workflows
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation
Strong communication skills; ability to write clear, professional, compliance-ready communications
Proficiency in Smartsheet, SAP or similar ERP systems, and enterprise workflow tools
Preferred
Background working in pharmaceutical/biotech organizations
Familiarity with speaker programs, HCP contracting, and compliance-driven processes
Experience with IQVIA-driven reporting or field engagement data
Understanding of data privacy/security assessment processes (PIAs, ITSAs)
