New Grad, Entry LevelThe Picklr Santa Barbara/Goleta is the County’s first premium, community-powered indoor pickleball club where great play, great people, and great experiences come together. They are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Creator to capture and share the club's culture and events through engaging online content.
Sports
Responsibilities
Capture photo and video content on-site (matches, clinics, events, behind-the-scenes moments)
Create and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Edit content using tools like Canva, CapCut or similar
Help plan and execute weekly content ideas and trends
Manage posting cadence and assist with captions, hashtags, and basic engagement
Collaborate with the club team on promotions, events, and campaigns
Occasionally support special events, tournaments, and community activations
Qualification
Required
Experience creating content for Instagram or similar platforms
An eye for storytelling, timing, and trends
Comfortable filming people and creating content in a live, active environment
Basic video editing skills (mobile-first is totally fine)
Reliable, organized, and self-directed
Preferred
Familiarity with pickleball and hospitality culture
Experience growing or managing a brand account
Comfort appearing on camera occasionally
Photography skills
Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
