Outbound Sales Representative
The Allera Agency is a woman owned independent health insurance agency that works with small businesses. They are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and build relationships to recommend tailored solutions.

Reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate and nurture leads
Identifying sales opportunities
Building relationships with prospective customers and understanding their unique needs to recommend tailor-made solutions
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Collaborating with team members to develop and execute sales strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven skills or experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales with quantifiable results
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to conduct effective Lead Generation and nurture prospective relationships
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven with strong time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software or other sales tools is a plus
Submit professional references with resume and cover letter
