Leasing Specialist

AVE is an award-winning hospitality-driven real estate brand seeking talented individuals to join their growing team. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for driving results in the leasing program for luxury apartment rentals, focusing on building relationships with prospects and residents to meet their needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all activities related to our luxury apartment rentals, including leasing, move-ins, and renewals
Enjoy building relationships with prospects and residents to learn about their needs and exceed their expectations
Meet and exceed leasing goals and provide a high level of service to our prospects and residents
Connect with prospects to learn about and meet their needs, are passionate about closing leases, and have strong follow-up skills
Hit the road regularly, pound the pavement to create your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory
Collaborate with marketing leadership to create leads for your community, plan Resident Events, and assist with the community's social media channels
Organize and balance activities appropriately (research, touring, operations, outreach, and relationship management) to create results
Provide high level of service to all existing, future, and past residents
Exhibit the highest level of professional and presentation standards

Required

1 to 3+ years of proven sales/leasing experience
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Proven execution of successful sales strategies to close new leases
Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections
Strong communication and relationship building and follow-up skills
Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools
Schedule flexibility in order to prioritize and pivot to business and prospect needs
Must have reliable source of transportation
Must be available to work the required full-time schedule of Tuesday through Saturday
Strong understanding of the leasing process
Sales-oriented with a desire to create leads through various methods
Marketing savvy to collaborate with marketing leadership
Enjoy building strong relationships with prospects and residents
Killer time management skills to organize and balance activities
A 'yes' approach to customer service
Hold high standards for professional and presentation standards
Basic computer and social media skills to learn and use industry tools and programs
Flexible to create business opportunities

Preferred

Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
Experience in Yardi CRM and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus!
