Responsibilities
Build and own core backend systems for real-time data ingestion and synchronization
Design APIs and services that integrate with legacy, mission-critical software
Develop data pipelines that feed AI/ML systems used for automation and intelligence
Work on distributed systems handling high-volume, real-time workloads
Ship production systems with immediate customer impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years of backend engineering experience (or equivalent depth)
Strong experience building production APIs and data-intensive systems
Hands-on experience supporting AI/ML pipelines or model-backed services
Comfort working with legacy systems and ambiguous problem spaces
High ownership, strong engineering judgment, and bias for simplicity
