Participate in strategy, training, and mentorship calls
Build relationships and community with other ambitious people in the business
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruiting and sales leadership
Ability to connect with businesses to understand hiring needs
Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and closings
Strong collaboration skills to work with recruiters and leadership
Willingness to participate in strategy, training, and mentorship calls
Ability to build relationships and community with other professionals
Commitment to consistent action and results-driven work
