Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Create shipping and sales orders in the system
Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Perform data entry related to shipments, inventory, and order tracking
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and timely shipments
Maintain organized records of shipping documents and administrative files
Assist with general administrative duties as needed in the warehouse office

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in an administrative or shipping-related role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
