HVAC Installation Coordinator/Sales Coordinator
Sioux Steel Company is seeking an HVAC Installation Coordinator to join Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire. The role involves overseeing the entire installation process, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, installation teams, and customers to deliver outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities
Set up and follow up on sales leads from customers and Home Comfort Designers
Support the sales team by organizing appointments and tracking customer follow-ups
Oversee and maintain the daily schedule for Home Comfort Designers
Book all sold installations promptly and efficiently
Coordinate between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless transitions
Pull necessary permits from city offices for all scheduled installations
Track, finalize, and close out permits after project completion
Register installed equipment and warranties accurately with manufacturers
Maintain documentation and system records to ensure all installs are properly registered and compliant
Gain a deeper understanding of HVAC operations and sales processes through on-the-job training
Learn how to navigate permitting, warranty systems, and installation workflows
Grow into leadership or administrative management roles within our operations team
Collaborate closely with sales and installation leaders to streamline company processes
Sharpen your skills in client communication, vendor relations, and project documentation
Develop expertise in using CRM and scheduling tools to maintain efficient project flow
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication abilities with both customers and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Business administration or customer service background preferred
