Responsibilities
Lead land development and civil/site design for stadiums, athletic fields, and campus infrastructure
Oversee complex earthwork, stormwater management, and site engineering solutions
Coordinate with architects and multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative designs
Use Civil 3D to bring designs from concept to reality
Mentor junior engineers and help grow the Charlotte/Richmond civil/land development team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of land development or civil/site design experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
Strong Civil 3D skills
Passion for leading teams and solving complex engineering challenges
Preferred
athletic campus experience
