Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of AI systems: retrieval, reasoning, tool use, and safety
Ship agentic matchmaking & chat features from research to production
Build prompt & model evaluation pipelines to support fast iteration
Optimise AI systems for latency, consistency, and human-likeness
Design context-engineering pipelines and observability dashboards
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years in AI/LLM development or a standout portfolio of AI agents
Strong TypeScript & Python skills with solid CS fundamentals
Experience with multiple LLM providers, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines
Practical prompt engineering & evaluation experience
Builder's mindset: thrives with ambiguity, ships quickly, and cares about UX
